Pernell announced a community-wide public meeting will be held on the Monument project on Nov. 10, 2021, at 6 p.m. in the Natchez Convention Center, located at 211 Main St.

From left: Diana Nutter, Roscoe Barnes III, and Nutter’s brother, Robert “Bob” Ewing, who interviewed us on the radio program.
